ZIEHL-ABEGG, a leading fan and motor manufacturer, seeks a Freight & Tariff Analyst in Winston-Salem, NC. You will analyze freight, duties, tariffs and landed costs while ensuring compliance and accurate invoicing. You will collaborate with logistics, procurement, finance and brokers to optimize costs and mitigate regulatory risks.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, KPI reporting and process improvements to strengthen global trade operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or related field.
• 3–5 years of freight analysis, import/export operations or logistics experience.
• Strong understanding of HTS codes, Incoterms and tariff classifications.
• Proficiency with SAP or ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and approve all freight, duty, tariff, and transportation invoices.
• Maintain import/export documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate shipments with brokers, carriers and service providers.
• Analyze transportation costs, routes and landed costs for savings.
• Develop reports, KPIs and forecasts for freight spend and trade compliance.
• Support month-end close and regulatory audits; drive process improvements.
