Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of Freight Forwarding operations experience (air/ocean, warehousing, customs brokerage).
• 5+ years of supervisory/managerial experience.
• CargoWise (C1) experience is a plus.
• Customs Brokerage experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail oriented; able to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee imports/exports via Air/Ocean; warehousing and customs brokerage oversight.
• Support branch operational excellence and product initiatives; drive operational, financial, and compliance objectives.
• Meet company and customer KPIs; manage KPIs using dashboards.
• Manage operations distribution and workloads to meet client and contractual needs.
• Maintain relationships with customers and carriers.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, warehousing, and support teams to hit budgets.
