Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in management or supply chain preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of air, ocean, import/export, and domestic transportation procedures.
• Knowledge of DOT, customs, TSA, security and other import/export regulations.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Understanding of international trade rules and commodity classification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments via all transport modes.
• Track and trace shipments; provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Monitor carrier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Provide freight rates to support new suppliers and acquisitions.
• Consolidate shipping methods to reduce cost and complexity.
• Update SAP Transportation Management System as needed.
• Handle documentation, invoices, and billing reconciliation.
• Conduct export/import compliance audits and corrective actions.
• Assist with carrier selection and performance management.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate progress.
