Job summary

Flexport is hiring an Account Executive in the United States to build and maintain a healthy book of business for freight and end-to-end supply chain solutions. You’ll lead client engagements, discovery calls, and sell a tech-enabled suite across the shipment lifecycle.

You will travel as needed and partner with internal teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. The role features a 50/50 base-to-bonus compensation model with uncapped accelerators and equity grants.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries.
• 2+ years in a full cycle (prospecting to closing) quota-carrying sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term commercial relationships.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Build your book of business by closing net-new customers and cross-selling existing ones.
• Uncover and connect with ideal clients through self-prospecting and SDR collaboration.
• Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs.
• Create value-added solutions demonstrating Flexport capabilities remotely or in person.
• Lead Monthly and Quarterly Business Meetings with clients to plan for growth.
• Navigate and sell Flexport’s suite across the supply chain lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Operations, Ocean, Air, Trucking, Customs to ensure top-tier service.
• Lead customer onboarding using internal resources and teams.
