What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between the procurement team, contracted carriers, and Freight Audit & Pay provider to manage rate structures
- Lead carrier onboarding to the Freight Audit & Pay platform for effective integration
- Monitor and analyze freight audit reports to identify and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Investigate and reconcile rating and billing discrepancies across stakeholders
- Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce audit exceptions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- Minimum experience in account payable, freight audit, or invoice payment processes
- Proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of operational systems including ERPs, OMS, WMS, and TMS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a similar role within the freight audit and payment industry
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management concepts
- Ability to leverage data analysis tools for actionable insights
