What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a key liaison between the procurement team, contracted carriers, and the Freight Audit & Pay provider
- Lead carrier onboarding to the Freight Audit & Pay platform
- Monitor and analyze freight audit dashboards to resolve invoice discrepancies
- Ensure adherence to carrier payment terms and address discrepancies proactively
- Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce audit exceptions

What is Required (Qualifications):
