Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager, Fraud Operations, Investigations & Grey Markets to lead a global team responsible for fraud investigations, risk mitigation, and enforcement across the PlayStation ecosystem.

You will drive operational excellence, develop capabilities, and partner across Fraud Strategy, Data Science, Product, Commerce, Legal, and Trust & Safety to combat threats while preserving customer experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in fraud operations, investigations, trust & safety, or related field.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience building and scaling fraud operations, investigations, chargeback management, and risk programs.
• Deep understanding of fraud typologies, account security, payment fraud, and grey market activity.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across partner teams.
• Strong analytical, operational, and strategic problem-solving skills with data-driven insights.
• Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, CS, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team responsible for fraud investigations and grey market enforcement across the PlayStation ecosystem.
• Oversee fraud detection, monitoring, and investigative programs to mitigate account compromise and fraud.
• Own chargeback operations and dispute management with Payments and Data Science partners.
• Drive grey market strategy by identifying unauthorized reseller activity and marketplace manipulation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop scalable fraud prevention strategies and controls.
• Translate insights into policies, automation opportunities, and product enhancements.
• Establish and manage KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards to drive performance.
• Provide executive reporting on fraud trends, risks, and operational performance.
• Lead workforce planning and capability development to scale against evolving threats.
