Inspire-Brands, based in Atlanta, GA, is seeking a Sr. Director to lead Franchise Revenue & Accounts Receivable.

This role drives the close, reporting and internal controls, partnering with cross-functional teams to scale processes and automation. You will direct end-to-end revenue, AR, cash collections, and loyalty programs for 33,000 franchise locations, ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and develop a high-performing, diverse team in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in accounting or related field.
• Certified Public Accountant
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• ERP, financial systems experience.
• Experience in leading high performing teams located across multiple corporate office hubs.
• Experience with process improvement, change management and systems implementations.
• Prior experience managing relationships with external audit firms is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in industry and with franchisors strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead franchise revenue, accounts receivable, cash collections, close and reporting processes.
• Partner with franchise leadership and cross-functional teams to drive service and collections.
• Manage end-to-end processes for franchise revenue, payments and loyalty programs.
• Oversee monthly close, reconciliations and subledger activities.
• Develop and lead a high-performing, diverse team.
• Implement automation and scale processes via digitalization, centralization, or automation.
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley controls and internal controls documentation.
• Provide detailed analysis to senior management and stakeholders.
