Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join a growing, private equity-backed technology and solutions company. You will partner with the CFO, own financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, KPI analysis, and executive presentations.

You will translate complex data into actionable insights in a fast-paced environment, supporting multi-site operations and strategic initiatives. Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel/Power BI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical finance roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, KPI reporting, and financial modeling.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, balance sheet, and month-end.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasts, budgets, and reporting models across a multi-site organization.
• Own P&L analysis, expense reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including KPI dashboards and exec presentations.
• Support board reporting with clear narratives and key business drivers.
• Partner with site leaders to improve forecasting accuracy and operational performance.
• Analyze financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Support month-end close activities, accruals, and GL review as needed.
• Build financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases for strategic initiatives.
• Utilize Power BI and advanced Excel to enhance reporting and analysis.
