Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
4+ years of FP&A, Operations Finance, and Cost Accounting experience.
Strong forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis skills.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling proficiency.
Experience with Tableau, Anaplan, SAP BPC.

Responsibilities

Own various cost improvement performance tracking and reporting.
Partner with Semiconductor Operations Execs delivering analysis and recommendations.
Perform cost and gross margin analysis across revenue and cost elements.
Drive financial modeling to support GM reporting for executives.
Develop dashboards and executive-ready presentations for leadership.
Support quarterly forecast and annual operating plan processes.
Maintain rolling forecast models and centralized analytics framework.
Produce monthly/quarterly packages with variance commentary.
Streamline management reporting and cross-functional information flow.
Collaborate across Finance, SPG Operations and Engineering.
