Job summary

Beratung seeks a Coordinator – Global Recruiting Operations to lead the business performance framework and coordinate cross-geo FP&A activities. You will drive monthly and annual accounting, forecasting, and budgeting, and manage a team of financial coordinators supporting leadership and regional operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, extensive FP&A experience, and proven ability to work with senior stakeholders across geographies to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience in managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive experience within finance FP&A activities (accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition).
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models, forecast performance, and analyse data.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• High level team organization, prioritization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as an escalation point for all financial process matters (e.g. invoice discrepancies).
• Develop best-in-class analytical capabilities for RTN, arming RTN leadership and regional operations with business performance data needed to make data-backed decisions (pricing engine creation, automated KPI dashboards, etc.)
