Job summary

Beratung is a premier international management consultancy helping leading firms with strategy, acquisitions, and organizational design. This role is a Business Performance position focused on driving the RTN financial framework and coordinating with global offices.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and complex financial modeling, partnering with finance and talent teams to roll out standardized processes and data dashboards that empower leadership with actionable insights.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field.
• Experience in budgeting and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive FP&A experience (AP/AR, revenue recognition).
• Ability to build and manage complex financial models and forecast performance.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Oversee annual budgeting, forecasting and planning processes.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and serve as escalation point for financial processes.
• Develop analytics capabilities and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
