Job summary

Beratung is a leading international management consultancy focused on strategy, performance, and organizational design. The Business Performance Manager will drive the RTN financial framework, lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closes, while guiding a team of financial coordinators.

You will collaborate with global leaders and internal partners to optimize profitability and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field.
• Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting.
• Experience in FP&A activities (accounts payable/ receivable, revenue recognition, etc.).
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models, forecast performance, and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Experience managing a team and working with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the budgeting process.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as escalation point for financial process matters.
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN with data-backed insights (pricing engines, KPI dashboards).
