Job summary

Ranpak is seeking a Sr. Manager, FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis worldwide. You will partner with business leaders to drive performance, deliver timely financial reporting, and support strategic decisions.

The role requires building rolling forecasts, developing models, monitoring KPIs, and mentoring the FP&A team. Bachelor's in finance/economics and 5+ years of corporate finance experience are expected; MBA or CPA preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of progressive corporate finance experience, including leadership responsibilities

• Lead global forecasting and planning processes
• Own the annual budgeting process and rolling forecast implementation
• Deliver actionable financial insights across pricing, volumes, and profitability
• Develop and monitor KPIs to drive business decisions
• Mentor FP&A team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
