Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field required.
• 5–10 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Experience working in global or cross-regional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting process and monthly/quarterly forecasting cycles.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasts and long-term planning.
• Analyze results, identify drivers, and provide actionable insights on variances, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages for senior management in clear language.
• Strengthen collaboration with Japan and global teams to improve cross-regional processes.
• Leverage planning systems (SAP/Oracle/Anaplan) and AI tools to enhance forecasting and reporting.
