Job summary

Powerex-Iwata Air Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to lead planning, forecasting, and analysis across the business.

You will translate financial data into actionable insights to drive performance and growth, partnering with manufacturing operations and leadership. In this role, you will own the annual budget, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts, while building complex models and dashboards to guide pricing decisions and investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, planning, forecasting, and analysis.
• Strong Excel skills; ERP experience with INFOR-CSI or SyteLine preferred; OneStream experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide monthly sales reporting and analytics.
• Prepare management reports and performance dashboards.
• Own the annual budget process, long-range plans, and rolling forecasts.
• Track monthly performance, analyze variances, and explain key drivers.
• Build complex financial models for scenario planning and investments.
• Analyze revenue, margins, and profitability across products and segments.
• Support month-end close and cost-tracking initiatives.
• Review material, labor, and overhead variances; manage fixed assets.
