Ontic is seeking a Global FP&A Manager to join our Creedmoor, NC team. You will partner with BU Finance Directors, PMs, Sales, and Operations to drive financial and operating performance.

You will own day-to-day FP&A activities, prepare monthly packs, and build insights for senior leadership including the CFO and CEO. This role emphasizes automation and data visualization to support growth and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner with BU Finance Directors, BU General Managers, Sales, Business Development, and Operations to understand and drive financial and operating performance.
• Provide analysis and insights to senior management including site GMs, CFO, CEO and COO.
• Own day-to-day FP&A activities in Ontic's central FP&A function; analyze sales, gross margin, EBITDA, cash flow and ROIC.
• Prepare monthly reporting packs from consolidated company financial data.
• Track and analyze financial information including price/mix/volume, inventory, ROI and other KPIs.
• Lead annual budget, quarterly forecasts, and weekly flash processes.
• Prepare and present periodic financial reporting and narrative for senior management.

Our team is looking for a Global FP&A Manager to join them. You will report to the Head of FP&A and will have an onsite work structure in Creedmoor, NC.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 5+ years of analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Superior interpersonal communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment as well as stand out from the crowd when needed

As a Global FP&A Manager, you will:

• Partner with BU Finance Directors, BU General Managers (P&L leaders), Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams to understand, communicate, and drive financial and operating performance of the business
• Provide analysis and constructive insights to senior management, including site General Managers, CFO, CEO and COO
• Own and manage day-to-day FP&A activity in Ontic's central FP&A function. Activities include:
  • Analyze business performance against budget, strategic goals, and M&A activity, specifically on sales, gross margin, EBITDA, Cash Flow, and ROIC, with in-depth understanding of key drivers contributing to each
  • Prepare monthly reporting packs from consolidated company financial data
  • Track, analyze, and understand complex financial information, including sales & cost analysis, price/mix/volume analysis, market analysis, inventory tracking, returns on investment, cash flow, and other business/operational KPIs
  • Financial owner of group/central annual Budget, quarterly Forecasts, and weekly Flash processes
  • Prepare and present periodic financial reporting and narrative for senior management
• Interface seamlessly with Site Finance teams in consolidation, analysis and narrative of global financial results
• Build, maintain, and improve on existing financial models, interfacing with Site Finance teams, IT and Finance Transformation teams to identify, source and validate data
• Drive agenda for automation, enhanced visualization of data and development of enhanced technology usage across the finance department
• Build out AI capabilities within finance supporting the above
• Identify opportunities within the finance team and across the business for process improvements
