Zusammenfassung

Clearbrook seeks a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead all financial planning and analysis, reporting to the CFO and driving both strategic and tactical direction. This executive will develop the global performance framework, translate strategy into long-range plans, annual budgets, and a robust capital plan.

The role is 100% in-office, with on-site work during standard hours. Salary ranges for Chicago and New York City are $259.8k–$320k, plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• Proven property/casualty executive with experience shaping financial information for a global insurer.
• Strong finance, accounting and analytical background; Oracle ERP experience preferred.
• Excellent communication at senior leadership and board level; demonstrated leadership and impact.

• Develop, implement and monitor a high-quality annual budget and rolling forecasts process.
• Oversee standard reports to understand current period results and KPIs for investors and external parties.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, methods and technologies to enhance performance.
• Provide education and training in financial planning and analysis to operations management.
