Qualifications

• Partner with functional leaders to provide analysis and financial guidance for strategic decisions.
• Lead the AOP and monthly forecast process for all function spend across regions.
• Deliver in-depth monthly reporting and variance analysis with risks and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to provide analysis and financial guidance driving strategic decision making
• Lead, with limited oversight, the AOP and monthly forecast process for all function spend using planning tools
• Provide in-depth monthly reporting and analysis, including risks and opportunities
• Monitor functional spend and assist leaders with insights and variance analysis for budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with regional accounting teams to support month-end close
• Coordinate with Global Finance on monthly submissions and data validation
• Build dynamic financial models to connect drivers and results
• Identify opportunities for process improvements in recurring and strategic initiatives
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses for complex issues
