Job summary

Beratung, a leading international management consultancy, seeks a financially savvy Business Performance Manager to drive its RTN business performance framework within the Global RTN leadership. Based in the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw, you will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, lead a team of coordinators, and collaborate with global finance partners to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field
• Experience in managing annual budgeting and forecasting
• Extensive FP&A experience (accounts payable/ receivable, revenue recognition)
• Ability to develop/manage complex financial models and analyze data

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including budgeting
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and act as escalation point for financial processes
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN with data-backed decisions (pricing engine, KPI dashboards)
