Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences in California is seeking a Manager for Worldwide Engineering – Global Operations & Quality Finance to own financial planning and forecasting for the WWE group. You will partner with stakeholders to provide decision support for strategies, identify risk, and drive value across the portfolio.

The role requires a strong background in accounting/finance, GAAP proficiency, and experience with FP&A tools like OneStream and JDE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• Minimum of eight years’ experience in finance or accounting required (or six years with a Masters).

Responsibilities

• Finance leader for WWE planning and reporting, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Coordinate AOP, Strat Plan, and monthly Forecast and prepare management presentations.
• Develop presentations of financial data and analyses for WWE leadership.
• Provide management decision support with high-quality reporting and analysis.
• Track headcount and facilitate monthly review highlights.
• Drive process improvement and consistency in FP&A across regions.
• Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc requests.
