Job summary

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Manager, Worldwide Engineering – Global Operations & Quality Finance to lead financial planning and forecasting for the WWE group. You will partner with stakeholders to drive decision support, analyze risks, and enable strategic initiatives across New Product Development, efficiency projects, and technology implementations.

The role emphasizes accurate reporting, presentation of findings to WWE leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
Minimum of eight years’ experience in finance or accounting (or six years with a Masters).

Responsibilities

Finance leader for WWE planning and reporting, collaborating with stakeholders.
Coordinate AOP, Strat Plan, and monthly Forecast with the business and prepare presentations for management review.
Develop presentations of financial data and analyses to communicate results and insights to WWE leadership.
Provide management decision support through high-quality financial reporting, identify opportunities and mitigate risks, and model freight & distribution expenses.
Track and report headcount and support monthly review highlights.
Drive process improvement and ensure consistency in Freight & Distribution FP&A across regions.
Support cross-functional teams with ad hoc requests.
