Suntory Global Spirits in Chicago seeks a Sr Analyst, Commercial Planning to drive KPI design and execution for national sales with cross-functional exposure to Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and IT. You will help implement processes and dashboards to optimize performance.

The role requires strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, 2–4 years of related experience, and travels about 5%. Competitive base salary with annual bonus and benefits are offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; strong analytical abilities with data integration.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in industry or similar function.
• Anaplan and/or FORM experience a plus, travel 5%.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and manage KPI program for national sales performance.
• Communicate KPI guidelines to national sales org and leaders.
• Analyze program execution and impact to drive financial improvement.
• Track and communicate KPI results and opportunities to Sales leadership and partners.
• Lead trainings for cross-functional teams on KPI strategy and reporting tools.
• Collaborate with IT to deploy KPI planning models and dashboards (Anaplan).
• Partner with Commercial Strategy to implement initiatives with Senior Leadership.
