Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Strong background in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance or business finance
• Experience leading enterprise planning, forecasting, budgeting, consolidation, and performance management
• Experience in semiconductor, advanced technology, and manufacturing preferred
• Executive communication capabilities and cross-functional influence
• Expertise in ERP and planning environments, data structures and reporting integration
• Proficiency with AI-enabled finance capabilities and governance

Responsibilities

• Lead global forecasting, annual planning and long-range financial modeling
• Own enterprise planning calendar and forecasting cadence; direct P&L outlooks
• Direct scenario/sensitivity analyses to illuminate risks and opportunities
• Ensure financial plans adapt to market, demand, tech cycles, and supply chain factors
• Set governance for incentive compensation, equity programs, and benefits planning
• Champion financial controls and compliance across compensation and benefits
