Job summary

Enerpac Tool Group Corp. seeks a Director - Global FP&A to lead the company’s financial planning and analysis processes. You will partner with the VP of FP&A, CFO, and global leaders to deliver timely insights, risk assessment, and strategic input across the enterprise.

Based at our renovated headquarters in Milwaukee, the role blends on-site collaboration with a weekly remote element, guiding a global FP&A team and driving performance through standardized processes and advanced modeling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA or equivalent advanced credential preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive finance, FP&A, corporate finance, or related experience in a global company.
• Strong financial modeling experience including M&A, valuation, synergy analysis, integration planning, and scenario analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with ERP and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global FP&A process cadence, including monthly business reviews, forecast reviews, annual planning, long-range planning, and leadership meeting preparation.
• Establish and maintain timelines, deliverables, templates, and expectations across the global FP&A organization.
• Prepare and communicate financial results, forecast updates, outlook, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
• Lead consolidated analysis of global financial performance: net sales, profitability, EBITDA, cash flow, working capital.
• Provide actionable analysis and recommendations to support performance management and strategic decisions.
• Manage, coach, and develop the global FP&A team across regions and functions.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement in FP&A reporting and methodologies.
• Develop financial models to support strategic initiatives, scenario analysis, and business cases.
• Support M&A activity through modeling, valuation, synergy assessment, and integration planning.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Controllership, Treasury, Tax, Commercial, Operations, HR, IT, and finance teams.
