Job summary

Paramount Pictures in California is seeking a Manager to join the Corporate Strategic Services Finance team. You will prepare forecasts, perform P&L variance analysis, and coordinate workflow across divisions, partnering with HR and Finance to support strategic decision‑making.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or Accounting, 6+ years FP&A/Accounting experience, and MS Office proficiency. Experience with Oracle, Longview, SAP and Media/Entertainment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Financial Planning/Reporting & Analysis/Accounting.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Oracle, Longview and SAP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of the long-range plan, annual budget, and monthly forecasts for domestic compensation and headcount and SG&A in collaboration with business partners and Finance.
• Gather information and prepare monthly and quarterly cause-of-change analysis for divisions and departments the role supports.
• Partner with HR to plan changes related to organization structure and headcount/compensation updates.
• Support department head stakeholders with reporting and analysis of departmental expenses.
• Ad hoc analysis and reports.
• Overtime may be required for monthly forecasts and annual budget submissions.
