Job summary

Beratung is seeking a Business Performance Manager to lead RTN’s financial performance framework from the global Business Development and Technology team. The role involves coordinating with finance partners and regional operations to roll out budgeting, forecasting, and performance analytics.

You will develop analytical capabilities, support data-driven decisions, and manage a team of financial coordinators while collaborating with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field is required.
• Experience in managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive experience within finance departments managing business performance / FP&A activities (accounts payable/ receivable, revenue recognition, etc.)
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models, forecast financial performance, and analyse data to identify trends and opportunities
• Experience leading a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and serve as escalation point for financial process matters.
• Develop best-in-class analytical capabilities for RTN with data-backed decision support (pricing engine, KPI dashboards).
