Job summary

Beratung is seeking a Finance & Operations professional to own the global business performance framework. The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting and financial planning across regions, coordinating with finance teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition and cost management.

You will lead a team of financial coordinators and develop data-driven tools and dashboards for RTN leadership to make informed decisions during transformation.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field.
• Experience in managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive experience within finance departments managing business performance / FP&A activities.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as an escalation point for all financial process matters.
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN with dashboards and data-driven insights.
