Beratung is a leading international management consultancy firm providing strategy, acquisitions, organizational design and performance improvement. As a Business Performance manager in the RTN group, you will drive the financial performance framework and coordinate with global leadership and regional operations.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting and reporting, build analytical capabilities, and manage a team of financial coordinators across geographies to support data-driven decision

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or other related field.
• Experience in managing the annual budgeting process and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive FP&A experience including accounts payable/receivable and revenue recognition.
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models, forecast financial performance.
• Experience managing a team and dealing with senior stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process.
• Develop best-in-class analytical capabilities for RTN with data-backed insights (e.g., KPI dashboards).
