Job summary

Beratung, a top international management consultancy, seeks a Business Performance Manager to join the RTN leadership effort within the Global Business Development and Technology team. The role supports strategic transformation by refining financial and budgeting frameworks and coordinating with finance partners across geographies.

You will own RTN’s performance framework, drive monthly and annual accounting, budgeting, and forecasting, and lead a small team of financial coordinators while

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience in budgeting process and financial forecasting.
• Extensive FP&A experience (accounts payable/receivable, revenue recognition).
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and forecast performance.
• Experience managing a team and coordinating with senior stakeholders across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual financial planning and forecasting including the annual budgeting process.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and act as an escalation point for all financial process matters.
• Develop best-in-class analytical capabilities for RTN, arming RTN leadership with data-backed decisions (pricing engine, dashboards).
