Job summary

Beratung is seeking a Business Performance Manager to drive RTN’s financial performance under the Global RTN leadership. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, and lead a team of financial coordinators across regions.

You will develop advanced analytics and KPI dashboards to enable data-driven decisions, coordinating with internal finance, regional operations and leadership for a successful transformation.

Qualifications

• University degree in finance, economy, business administration or related field.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and FP&A activities.
• Ability to develop and manage complex financial models and analyze data for trends.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework and FP&A processes.
• Lead monthly/annual financial accounting, cost and revenue recognition.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and coordinate with senior stakeholders.
• Develop analytics, KPI dashboards and data-driven insights for leadership.
