Beratung is a top international management consultancy. Based in the Bain GBS Center, this role offers a financially savvy and operations-oriented leader the opportunity to drive RTN’s Business Performance framework within a global development team.

You will collaborate with regional operations, finance partners and leadership to ensure robust financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven decision making across geographies.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing annual budgeting and forecasts.
• Extensive FP&A duties including revenue recognition and cost management.
• Ability to develop complex financial models and drive data-driven decisions.
• Experience coordinating with global stakeholders across geographies.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN’s business performance framework
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning
• Direct a team of financial coordinators and coordinate with senior stakeholders
• Develop analytics, KPI dashboards, and pricing insights
