Beratung is a top international management consultancy firm seeking a highly capable Business Performance Manager to drive RTN’s financial planning and performance framework. You will collaborate with the global leadership team during a strategic transformation and work across regional operations to ensure robust budgeting and forecasting.

You will manage finance teams, build advanced analytics, and deliver data-backed decisions to optimize pricing and performance on a global scale.

Formación

• Experience in managing annual budgeting and developing financial forecasts.
• Extensive FP&A activities including cost/revenue recognition and financial planning.
• Ability to build and interpret complex financial models and dashboards.

Responsabilidades

• Own RTN’s business performance framework.
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting including cost and revenue recognition.
• Manage annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Lead a team of financial coordinators and act as escalation for finance topics.
• Develop best-in-class analytics for leadership with KPI dashboards and pricing insights.
