Job summary

CACI International Inc. seeks a Global Force Management Specialist to support the USSOUTHCOM SCOPES program. You will act as a technical SME for force flow, tracking deployments and translating complex data into actionable staff packages for leadership approval.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
• 5+ years in joint deployment operations or defense logistics.
• Direct experience with JOPES and force flow management.
• Hands-on work in a Joint Operations Center or equivalent deployment cell.
• Experience coordinating with J1/J3/J4, USTRANSCOM, and interagency partners.

Responsibilities

• Build, validate, and maintain TPFDD data in JOPES to support GFM allocations and theater orders.
• Ensure interoperability between legacy and new platforms (GCCS-J, MSS, Palantir Foundry, Gaia).
• Monitor theater arrival of rotational forces and JIA personnel; produce staff packages and COA recommendations.
• Translate movement data into executive briefings and deployment recommendations.
• Coordinate with Combatant Command directorates and interagency partners to synchronize lift requirements and prevent shortfalls.
• Identify variances between plan and execution; advise on corrective actions.
• Assist in development and rehearsal of crisis-response force packages and exercises.
