Job summary

CACI is seeking a Global Force Management Specialist to support the SCOPES program at USSOUTHCOM. The role serves as the primary technical SME for force flow and deployment tracking, translating movement data into actionable staff packages and recommendations.

You will monitor theater arrivals, coordinate with JOC and Combatant Commands, and provide real-time analysis to inform deployment decisions and COAs. A TS/SCI clearance and 5+ years in joint deployment operations are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operational military or defense civilian experience in joint deployment operations, force tracking, or logistics planning.
• 2+ years of direct operational experience utilizing JOPES.
• Demonstrated proficiency in building, editing, and validating TPFDD and managing GFM allocation processes.
• Hands-on experience in a Joint Operations Center, CCMD, JTF, or Service Component deployment cell.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to define requirements, use cases, and provide user training.

Responsibilities

• Build, validate, and maintain Time-Phased Force and Deployment Data (TPFDD) within JOPES for GFM allocations and theater orders.
• Manage interoperability between legacy and emerging capabilities (GCCS-J, MSS, Palantir Foundry, Gaia).
• Monitor, analyze, and reconcile theater arrivals of rotational forces and JIA personnel across all debarkation points in USSOUTHCOM AOR.
• Translate complex data into executive staff packages and deployment COAs for decision makers.
• Coordinate with J1/J3/J4, USTRANSCOM, and interagency partners to synchronize lift requirements and avoid deployment shortfalls.
• Identify variances between plan and execution; advise on corrective actions for mission readiness.
• Assist in developing crisis-response force packages and rehearsing TPFDDs for contingencies.
