Job summary

The Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is seeking a GLOBAL FORCE MANAGEMENT (GFM) ANALYST (AIR FORCE) to support force tracking, deployment, and readiness assessments. The role involves preparing weekly reports, briefing leadership with visuals, and assisting in the Global Force Management Allocation plan.

The incumbent will work on data extraction, analysis, and presentation for senior leadership, ensuring accurate inventories of forces and timely responses to Combatant Commander

Qualifications

• Experience with force management, deployment tracking and data analysis.
• Ability to prepare briefings and use information systems.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and reviews weekly force tracking and readiness reports.
• Transcribes data into visuals to brief leadership.
• Verifies readiness issues and supports the Global Force Management Allocation plan.
• Delivers emails, information papers, and analytical summaries for senior leadership.
