Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in US real estate collateral lending operations (origination, closing, collateral, servicing, credit, or compliance).
• Understanding of commercial loan structures and common events (renewals, extensions, modifications, collateral substitutions).
• Ability to manage multiple cases concurrently with strong prioritization and documentation discipline.
• Ability to clearly communicate requirements to stakeholders with varying familiarity in plain language.
• Strong attention to detail to identify mismatches and completeness issues in returned determinations.
• Sound judgment in escalation and documenting rationale in audit-ready manner.

Responsibilities

• Order initial flood determinations for US commercial real estate collateral through approved vendors and systems.
• Evaluate reuse of existing flood determinations and document rationale.
• Track cases end-to-end with timely follow-ups and audit-ready evidence.
• Review returned determinations for completeness and correct discrepancies.
• Coordinate structured global handoffs to provide follow-the-sun coverage and minimize time-zone delays on urgent transactions.
• Provide quick-turn guidance on compliance information and requirements.
