Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lending operations supporting United States real estate collateral.
• Understanding of commercial loan structures and common loan events.
• Ability to manage multiple cases concurrently with strong prioritization and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Order, track, and quality-check flood zone determinations for US CRE collateral.
• Coordinate global handoffs to provide follow-the-sun coverage and minimize time-zone delays.
• Escalate questions and provide plain-language guidance on FEMA/flood workflow issues.
• Draft and maintain templates for common commercial scenarios.
• Identify and validate intake information to support accurate determinations.
