Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a skilled Loan Operations Funding & Flood Compliance Analyst in Irving, TX. You will ensure accurate commercial loan funding, manage money movements, and serve as the primary flood compliance SME throughout the loan life cycle.

You will collaborate with Lending, Credit, Compliance, Legal, and external vendors to close loans on time while maintaining regulatory adherence and risk controls. A strong background in flood regulations is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial loan operations experience (funding, servicing, closing, collateral admin).
• 3+ years administering commercial flood compliance and insurance reviews.
• Strong knowledge of federal flood insurance regulations and lending compliance.
• Excellent analytical, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate commercial loan closing packages to meet funding conditions.
• Execute and monitor loan money movement: wires, DDA, GL transfers.
• Ensure timely funding of new loans, renewals, modifications.
• Research and resolve funding discrepancies and issues.
• Coordinate with internal/external parties to support closings and disbursements.
• Serve as Flood Compliance SME and Flood Gatekeeper.
• Review transactions for flood regulatory compliance and policy.
• Conduct flood due diligence during origination, renewal, modification, collateral changes.
• Monitor SFHA collateral and ensure flood insurance coverage.
• Administer force-placement processes and maintain documentation.
• Support audits, regulatory examinations, and training on flood requirements.
