Job summary

Savills North America is seeking a Workthere Manager to lead the advisory work for flexible and serviced office space across the US. You will engage with clients, coordinate across Savills service lines, and drive the end-to-end process from inquiry to execution in a fast-growing segment.

The role offers growth within a global commercial real estate platform, with opportunities to influence strategy and collaborate across the Workthere Americas team and the broader global network.

Responsibilities

• Managing flexible office transactions, which include:
• Responding to inquiries in a timely manner
• Determining requirement scope & criteria
• Producing market analysis
• Managing negotiations through execution
• Creating financial & qualitative analyses on behalf clients to evaluate potential transactions & solutions
• Partner and develop relationships with Savills service lines to support client requirements
• Develop expert knowledge of the flexible office market to provide advice
• Facilitate requirements globally to appropriate Savills offices and colleagues
• Cultivate & maintain mutually beneficial relationships with flexible office providers
• Assist in the production of research initiatives and content for marketing purposes
• Business development to build the inquiry flow for Workthere
• Collaboration with Workthere Americas and global team on initiatives
• Maintain CRM records for on-demand reporting & analysis
• Perform administrative tasks including invoicing, billing, and transaction processing
