Aceolution Inc. is seeking a skilled Safety & Compliance Trainer for Fleet Operations to lead safety programs, driver coaching, and compliance activities across multiple locations.

The role emphasizes developing procedures, delivering workshops, and ensuring adherence to client SOPs and safety standards. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in safety, fleet management, or driver training.
• Strong fleet safety operations and driver compliance knowledge.
• Experience delivering safety workshops and coaching drivers.
• Ability to identify recurring safety violations and develop corrective actions.
• Experience creating SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and compliance requirements per SOW and client policies.
• Develop and implement Safety SOPs, guidelines, and procedures.
• Organize safety workshops across GEO locations and provide training.
• Monitor driver safety trends and implement CAPA actions.
• Travel to locations to conduct workshops and safety assessments.
• Maintain safety communications and awareness campaigns.
