10+ years in asset management with 5+ in product strategy or management.
Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement a global fixed income product strategy.
Lead the full product lifecycle for fixed income strategies from ideation to launch.
Coordinate inputs across ETFs, managed accounts, and international capabilities.
Track initiatives, risks, and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders.
Partner with Distribution and Marketing to position products effectively.
Represent Allspring in senior meetings and client discussions.
