Job summary

NVIDIA seeks a senior asset accounting leader to track and recover fixed assets globally, reporting to the Director – Capital Asset Management. You will manage asset records through lifecycle stages, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls.

This role is based at NVIDIA's Santa Clara/Central office and requires strong GAAP knowledge and SAP experience. The position emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, training on requisition and asset transfer

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and fixed assets accounting.
• Leadership experience and 4+ years in asset accounting.
• Experience with SAP and asset-tracking tools.

Responsibilities

• Verify fixed assets are tracked and reconciled with asset systems.
• Maintain accurate records through asset life cycle (acquisitions, transfers, depreciation, disposals).
• Lead process automation and standardization for asset tracking.
• Develop and monitor asset accounting controls and SOX compliance.
