Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking experienced Solutions Architects to partner with global financial services customers, AWS Sales, and internal teams to design scalable, resilient cloud architectures that solve business problems and accelerate AWS adoption.

You will lead cloud adoption strategies, educate customers through workshops, and build trusted advisor relationships across executive and technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
• 4+ years in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, or data analytics.
• 4+ years of software development in Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Rust, Go, or C/C++.
• 4+ years experience with IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, AWS CDK, or Pulumi.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers to ensure long‑term success by helping them harness the power of AWS services to accelerate their business.
• Formulate and execute a cloud adoption strategy that delights customers and builds strong relationships.
• Become a trusted advisor by gaining deep knowledge of AWS services and design patterns, sharing with clients and AWS teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer for AWS service teams to enhance the AWS platform.
• Work with other SAs to develop reusable solutions to common business and architectural problems.
• Educate customers by leading workshops and hands‑on classes to demonstrate AWS services.
• Build deep relationships with senior technical stakeholders to enable cloud advocacy.
• Help hire, onboard and train new SAs via mentorship programs.
