Job summary

Northern Trust is seeking an Analyst on its Global Financial Control team in Chicago to lead governance, documentation, and testing for the Comprehensive Capital Analysis & Review (CCAR) program. You will collaborate with stakeholders across time zones to ensure effective controls and accurate reporting.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in financial services, a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, strong written and oral communication, and familiarity with SOX/SOC/CCAR requirements.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• CPA or CIA certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate risk and identify potential misstatement sources.
• Maintain relationships with control owners and provide CCAR guidance.
