Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced accounting leader to oversee US accounting operations, including GL, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and month-end close. You will drive timely US GAAP-compliant financials and ad hoc reporting for management.

Responsibilities include FP&A support such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, leading audits, and maintaining strong internal controls. You will also coordinate with global entities on multi-currency reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience including controllership and FP&A responsibilities.
• Strong technical expertise in US GAAP and general ledger management.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience, capable of managing senior accounting managers.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite or comparable ERP systems and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee US accounting ops: Lead GL management, AP/AR, payroll coordination, and month-end close.
• Drive financial reporting: Deliver timely, accurate US GAAP-compliant financials and ad hoc reports.
• Support FP&A: Own annual budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and budget vs actual analysis.
• Manage audit and controls: Lead annual audit process and maintain strong internal controls.
• Provide international finance support: Assist with consolidation of global entities and multi-currency reporting.
