Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Financial Analyst to support the Global Customer Organization Americas, acting as the financial interface between project execution teams and leadership. You will coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to enable informed decisions and drive continuous improvement across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in financial analysis, strong US GAAP/IFRS knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP, Alteryx or KNIME experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in financial analysis or related finance role.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS, PoC accounting, forecasting, budgeting and reporting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP experience and data analytics tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyze financial data to support forecasting, budgeting and planning for GCO Americas.
• Investigate deviations, identify risks and opportunities, provide insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with PM, Bid, Eng, Finance and cross-functional teams on controlling activites.
• Coordinate quarterly audits, entity requirements, and finance governance tasks.
• Prepare financial reports and presentations for management reviews and decisions.
• Drive process improvement via digitalization and automation initiatives.
