Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Transformers Order Execution Americas. You will partner with leadership to develop forecasts, analyze performance, and strengthen governance and reporting across a project-driven environment.

Responsibilities include budgeting, monthly forecasts, KPI monitoring, and presenting insights using SAP and Power BI. You will coach junior analysts and drive process improvements while ensuring adherence to GAAP/IFRS and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Advanced skills in SAP, Power BI, Excel, and dashboard development.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-term financial plans with financial models.
• Provide financial guidance to leadership, support project decisions, monitor KPIs and risks.
• Prepare and present reports, variance analyses, and dashboards ensuring data integrity and governance.
