Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years of finance or shared services experience, with AP/AR/GL exposure.
• Experience with finance process transitions to shared services.
• Experience documenting AP/AR/GL workflows.
• Experience planning transitions with resource coordination and milestones.
• Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP.
• Data analysis for KPIs and process improvements.
• Experience with organizational change and stakeholder engagement.
• Lean and Six Sigma familiarity.
• Fluent English; travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Lead process discovery and documentation for AP, AR, and GL at new entity locations.
• Develop and execute transition plans for migrating finance processes into the GBS center.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer, training, and hypercare support.
• Act as liaison between local finance teams and GBS throughout transitions.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardization of finance processes.
• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs for AP, AR, and GL.
• Ensure service levels are met and transparent to stakeholders.
