Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Finance Transformation Lead to define and drive the design of end-to-end Finance processes across the Shared Services Organization. You will coordinateWorkday implementations, oversee post-acquisition integrations, and partner with corporate and field leaders to meet strategic goals.

Responsibilities include setting strategic direction, driving cross-functional excellence, and leading innovation projects to improve process efficiency and financial controls enterprise-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Finance or related field.
• 10+ years in finance transformation with M&A experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end process design across large enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and governance of end-to-end Finance processes (AP, AR, ITC, RTR).
• Own strategic initiatives and coordinate post-acquisition integration into SBS.
• Partner with executives to drive process efficiency and standardization.
